The first night of T-Ball is Monday, June 5 at 6:30 p.m. and runs about an hour for 6 Monday nights until July 17. There are no games on July 3.
Please fill out a separate registration form for each child participating (you can use one check for all).
Mail this registration with a check for $10 per child (max $25 for 3 siblings in the same household) written out to The Ellsworth Funsters. Registration fee includes a t-shirt!
